Great news! You can usually reset your password on your own. Here's how:
On the login screen, click Having trouble logging in?
Enter your email address and click Send Email. (If you don't have a work email address, that's okay - use your personal email address!)
After a few minutes, you should receive an email that contains a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email within 5-10 minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folders.
