How do I set up my Denim account?

When your company creates an account for you in Denim, you should receive an invite in your text messages. See below for an example.

If you didn't receive this message, please submit the form to open a Support Ticket with the Denim team so we can re-send it. ⬇️

Help! I forgot my password.

Great news! You can usually reset your password on your own. Here's how:

On the login screen, click Having trouble logging in?

Enter your email address and click Send Email. (If you don't have a work email address, that's okay - use your personal email address!)

After a few minutes, you should receive an email that contains a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email within 5-10 minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folders.

Is Denim available in multiple languages?

Denim can be used in any language! You can easily translate Denim using the settings on your mobile phone and/or web browser. Your device may default to these settings or can be updated with a few quick steps.
